[PyAR2] Starting Up

OK.  We've got a mailing list, now we need ideas on how to get the word
out.  I'll post to the CARLUG web site and invite people here at Novasys.

With the holidays coming up, I don't think it's a good time to start
meetings.  Lets' spend the next few weeks figuring out what we want to do,
then shoot for meetings next year.  Perhaps a Python 101 series would be a
good start.  I'd like to promote it through the High School and local
Colleges.
