[PyAR2] Funding Letters going out

I just sent out funding requests to Windstream Communications and Mainstream
Technologies.

There was someone who volunteered to lead a talk on Eclipse and Python...are
you still willing to do that?  Was there someone willing to do a 50 minute
talk on Eggs?  Also, I'm not in a position to lead a Django talk; is there
someone who can do it?

If need be, I imagine we could get a 4th room for the afternoon talks, but
I'd like to get the schedule wrapped up next week, if possible.
