[PyAR2] PyAR^2 Logo Design

Hello Everyone,

We need to think about a logo for the user group.  As an incentive, I will
award a copy of "Programming Python" and an embroidered polo shirt (Python
logo) to the person submitting the "winning" design.  Once we have the
PyAR^2 logo digitized, you will also receive a shirt with the new PyAR^2
logo, too.

Let's set a deadline of sometime this year and judging will be done by the
group.  I'm looking into getting a site hosted so we have a web presence and
would like our own logo.
