[Pydotorg-redesign] where are the time sinks in python.org maintenance?

At the PyCon Open Space session, Aahz mentioned a number of items that took
up the most time in managing python.org from job postings to requests to
webmaster at python.org that should have been directed to comp.lang.python or
help at python.org or python-tutor...

It would be useful to have the pydotorg maintainers enumerate the issues
here so we can keep them in mind.
