[Pydotorg-redesign] Graphic redesign

Hello list!

For the new www.python.org we should not only reorganize
the navigation, but do a graphic redesign of the site
as well.

I've done a quick mockup in Photoshop of how a new
www.python.org could look like:

Also, the navigation should be made hierarchical and
we should add bread crumb navigation that always shows
the user where s/he is.

Also on the front page the quote could be moved to a
teaser panel on the right side of the content area.
