At the moment, your book is still in development, right? You mention<br>
an estimated publication date only. Once the book becomes available,<br>
it would be a very useful addition to the web site, but for now, it<br>
would probably only tease, rather than serving.<br>

But we would be very happy to welcome your contribution to the wiki<br>
once the book is ready to be bought and/or downloaded!<br>
