[pypy-dev] pypy ML aliases at codespeak to be deleted

Hi all,

in the future you must use pypy-*@python.org addresses, not @codespeak.net
anymore.

It's been a while since Ralf Hildebrandt and I migrated the pypy
mailing lists to @python.org.  The old addresses @codespeak.net forward
mail to the new location but this implicitely disables some spam checks
that python.org implements.  Therefore, in a few days the codespeak
aliases will be deleted, namely pypy-dev, pypy-z, pypy-svn. I assume
also that pypy-issue can be switched off.
