Note that the latest version of pyev does not contain calls to structseq.

On the 2.7 branch, compiling pyev-0.5.3-3.8 gives the following missing functions:
PyErr_WriteUnraisable, PyErr_SetFromErrnoWithFilename, PyModule_AddIntMacro.
