Hi.

If this contains only appleveldefs (maybe that's what we want, maybe not), it 
should instead go to numpy in lib-pypy and we should rename micronumpy to _numpy 
that implements all interpreter level definitions. I would rather close this 
issue and give you commit rights so you can work on a branch.
