Summary: dbmmodule build fails on Debian GNU/Linux unstable (Sid)

Details: When building on Debian GNU/Linux unstable, the build fails
with:

/home/kalle/src/python/dist/src/Modules/dbmmodule.c:24: #error "No ndbm.h
available!"
error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1
make: *** [sharedmods] Error 1

The *dbm.h files available are
/usr/include/dbm.h
/usr/include/gdbm.h
/usr/include/gdbm-ndbm.h

All are part of the package libgdbmg1-dev.
