Initial Comment:
There are broken links and bad formed urls at a couple 
of html files in the Ref manual.
 
On file: Doc/ref/atom-literals.html
node20.html#tok-stringliteral
node23.html#tok-longinteger

On file: Doc/ref/integers.html
<pyGrammarToken><><integer>

Are the same problems as the #217195 bug report?

Fixed by Neal Norwitz in Doc/tools/node2label.pl revisions

Raising the priority since this is a recurring issue for
people, and we get a regular stream of messages to
python-docs and webmaster about this.

The pages are different but the symptoms certainly look 
the same: some links are good, some aren't because they 
use old 'node##' names instead of newer names.
