Initial Comment:
PyArg_ParseTuple(arg, "u#", p) doesn't check type 
of argument. So passing string object, 
PyArg_ParseTuple() doesn't report error and returns 
broken Unicode string.

The "u" format code doesn't accept buffers anymore.
