<br>#2461: adds a test_util.py to distutils, to cover util.py. It does not cover byte_compile yet, but others are covered. (<a href="http://bugs.python.org/issue2461">http://bugs.python.org/issue2461</a>)<br><br>#1858 (<a href="http://bugs.python.org/issue1858">http://bugs.python.org/issue1858</a>): <br>
