<div dir="ltr">It appears there's no obvious link from <a href="http://bugs.python.org">bugs.python.org</a> to the contributor agreement - you need to go via the unintuitive link Foundation -> Contribution Forms (and from what I've read, you're prompted when you add a patch to the tracker).<div>
<br></div><div>I'd suggest that if the "Contributor Form Received" field is "No" in user details, there be a link to <a href="http://www.python.org/psf/contrib/">http://www.python.org/psf/contrib/</a>.<br>
