[python-events] Adding PyCon CZ to the list of conferences

Hi all,

I'd like to ask to add PyCon CZ (https://cz.pycon.org/2018/) to the list at
https://www.python.org/community/workshops/ if possible. Based on the mail
communication with Steve Holden I am sending the following request.
The event is already published here: https://www.python.org/events/ but it
would be great to have it among the other conferences.
