PyArg_ParseTuple will work on any tuple.
Eg, if you have nested tuples, you could use PyArg_ParseTuple(args,
"000", t1, t2, t3), then PyArg_ParseTuple(t1, "iii", &i1)
(assuming relevant error checking, of course :-)
