Tkinter fonts in win32

I'm writing an application which should support input and display of
characters in ISO-8859-2 encoding.
In linux I can use X fonts with a locale specific encoding, but in win32
environment I don't know which font should I use.
The only ones which seem to be available are in Western Europe or ISO-8859-1
encoding.
Please help.
