http://www.din.de/gremien/nas/nabd/iso3166ma/codlstp1/index.html has
links to it in English _and_ French.

You should be able to take either of these lists and cut-and-paste
into a text editor with basic keystroke record/replay capability
and make a python module out of it in less than five minutes...
