Well, this certainly can be done in Python, and much less painfully than in
VB. You might be well advised to choose a different database, though (I
can't claim to be an expert on that, but I'd use Access only if forced to).
Since both MySQL and Postgresql are available for Windows for free, and
both are improvements on Access, you probably are not forced to.
