Pre-built SWIG binaries for Graphviz

I'm looking for pre-built SWIG binaries for Python 2.3 so I can call the
Graphviz (graphviz.org) libraries directly, rather than using os.popen2
(which doesn't work on Windows 9x) to call the executable.

Any pointers to binaries + instructions? I've exhausted the Google/AltaVista
routes.
