Hmmm... I seem to rememeber ... Ah, here...
'Petard' and 'Foolhard' note that the Microsoft Windows IFS
(Installable File System) Developer's Kit costs like $900. Doing
it well would be a large and expensive project. Read their posts
for more discouragement.
