that hosts projects which address software quality, just released <A
href="http://www.qualitylabs.org/pdbseed">PDbSeed</A>, a database seeding and
verification tool written in Python. PDbSeed performs an operation, such
as DELETE or INSERT, on a database using an XML dataset file for
input/output.<BR><BR>PDbSeed is useful in unit tests that interact with a
database. Typically, one would use PDbSeed in the unit tests setup and
teardown to ensure that the database's state is consistent across execution of
tests.<BR><BR><A
href="http://www.qualitylabs.org/pdbseed/">PDbSeed</A>:<BR><BR>is an open-source
LGPL-licensed project<BR>is written in Python<BR>has been tested with Python
version 2.3 and 2.4<BR>supports MySQL<BR>borrows many ideas from <A
href="http://www.dbunit.org/">DbUnit</A>, and makes them available for
