hi,<br>i am am facing problem in installing python 2.6 on ubuntu 9.04. When i sudo make i get following error :<br><br><br>Failed to find the necessary bits to build these modules:<br>_bsddb _curses _curses_panel <br>_sqlite3 bsddb185 bz2 <br>dbm gdbm readline <br>sunaudiodev <br>To find the necessary bits, look in setup.py in detect_modules() for the module's name.<br><br>i have tried <br>sanam@ubuntu:~/Desktop/Python-2.6.5$ sudo apt-get build-dep python2.5<br>Reading package lists... Done<br>Building dependency tree <br>Reading state information...
