[python-win32] Getting Icon as bitmapdata

Hello,

I know how to get the icon (the id?) for a specific extension unsing 
SHGetFileInfo.

Is there a way to get the image data for this icon, so that I can send 
it using a webserver e.g. as an image/bmp? I'm very clueless about win32 
programming so any hint is very much appreciated.
