[python-win32] Pythonwin starts, displays main window, interactive window 'frame', then exits

Thanks for the suggestion. Will have to remember.

But I had already gone for the brute force approach and uninstalled
python 2.6 and went to 2.5. That worked.
It hadn't worked when I had just uninstalled pythonwin and reinstalled.
