[python-win32] Python 2.5.1 with Visual Studio 2005

I opened up PCbuild8/pcbuild.sln in Visual Studio 2005, as per the
README, but when building pythoncore, I receive an error.

Compiling...
getbuildinfo2.c
c1 : fatal error C1083: Cannot open source file: '.\getbuildinfo2.c':
No such file or directory

I'm using the official python 2.5.1 sources from python.org.  Any help
is greatly appreciated.
