[python-win32] win32api / py23xe / com server

I somehow got the component to load, finally. One trick I did use was absolute import of the win32api module, which seemed to help. However, I can’t pinpoint exactly what I did wrong vs. what I did right. That’s a bit frustrating, but no worries.
