[PythonCE] How to determine special folder location

Hello PytonCE users,

I need to determine the location of special folder like 'start menu'
but ther's neither SHGetFolderPathA nor SHGetFolderPathW in 
ctypes.windll.coredll.
Has someone a workaround to solve this problem?
