      Ooops. Sometimes I do dumb things...<br>
      I was testing building Linux release on Windows and had added the
      required dependency to my local build environment.<br>
      I've fixed and committed all build files to the repo. Please
      update and notify the list of the outcome.<br>

      PS I'll build a second Windows machine here soon so that I can
      test these things in-house.<br>
