Your application needs python preferences resources (a "Popt" and a "GU<sigma>
I" resource). The easiest way to get these is dropping your application on 
EditPythonPrefs. An alternative (often handier because you don't have to do it 
after every build) is to create a resource file that includes the Popt and 
GUSI resource and include this in your build.
