[Pythonmac-SIG] Python and Events

List members,

my application has a python core and a C++ GUI (MacApp), a pretty good
embedding/extending work!! :-))

When the Python kernel is busy with some demanding process, the Python Interpreter
takes over the CPU control, and GUI can't even handle any event (pressing buttons,
dragging windows & dialogs......) until the kernel has finished.
MacOS.SchedParams(doint,mask,besocial,interval,bgyield) seems not very sensitive
to input fields changes.
I run my app with no others open.

I'm using:
MacOS 9.0
PythonCore 1.5.2c1
MacApp R13
CW Pro 5

Is this due to the MacOS, MacApp,or the Python Interpreter itself ...?????

any suggestion??

thanks
etienne
