[Pythonmac-SIG] Problem with PackageManager

Do you have a firewall between you and the internet? If so, did you  
read the section
on firewalls in the Package Manager help page? For this release PM  
doesn't pick
up the firewall information you have set in System Preferences, it  
needs a
different method to specify the firewall.

If this isn't the problem please report back, and we'll try to come
up with other things to test.
