[Pythonmac-SIG] Second build of MacPython additions for Panther

I've just downloaded this (using OmniWeb 4.5), but when I try to mount
the image I get a pop-up with

  The following disk images failed to mount: 

  MacPython-Panther-2.3-2.dmg | Error -199

What's up?  What's the checksum for this dmg?
