[Pythonmac-SIG] UDP OS9 socket issues resolved...

Well, I haven't tested it extensively, but it seems the problems I was
having with receiving data via a UDP socket (locking, busy wait...) had
something to do with the MacPython IDE.

I'm using MacPython 2.3 with OS9.2.2. On the suggestion of a friend, who
rather uncharitably said that "everything seems to hang in the IDE," I
tried my code via the Python interpreter.

I worked fine.
