[Pythonmac-SIG] Patch for bdist_mpkg

Russel,

The patch is already in the reposity. I guess Bob never released a  
version with that patch included.

Are you using bdist_mpkg 0.4.3?  If so, I'll push out a new release  
that includes the patch.
