Comment:

 I've created a pyvault-package-config package that is linked from the main
 website.  Installation of this will bring in a default configuration for
 smart and yum.  The yum configuration points to a mirror list that resides
 on the python.org server.  This list is based on a Google search
 displaying the most fresh mirrors.  If there are any additional mirrors
 not in the mirror list.  Please notify me.
