Hi,

Meanwhile I tried everything. I corrected the extra_compile_args,
tinkered with sys.setdlopenflags, even updated my entire system - its
not working. OpenMP and Python and gcc apparently don't work in my
hands. Perhaps Rohit is right with his comment on internal symbols - at
least I've learned a thing or two. 

Thank you all for trying to help. I'm still open for suggestions and
particularly interested when somebody finds a workaround.
