[Shtoom] Minimum settings need to register with SIP proxy?

Generally register_user and register_authuser will be the same (and when
I get some time and fix the options to support "basic" and "advanced" modes,
they will, generally, be the same.

For the proxy, you want something like sip://sipproxy.isp.net/ (or whatever)
