[Soap-Python] unable to reach soaplib website

Hi Roberto

Unfortunately I didn't host that site (it was a legacy site when the project
was managed by Aaron Bickell).  That said I found a way you can still get to
the content:

If anyone wants to volunteer some time to move that documentation to our
github site that would be great.
