[Soap-Python] Soaplib on pypi

Hello,
  I just encountered an issue with easy-install and soaplib (specifically v0.8.1, but I see it's probably affecting all versions).  It appears the project has been renamed on github, and consequently the URL's for downloading have changed. The url that was http://github.com/downloads/arskom/soaplib/soaplib-0.8.1.tar should now be https://github.com/downloads/arskom/rpclib/soaplib-0.8.1.tar.
