Thanks for pointing out this is broken; I'll fix it shortly.

We are transitioning soaplib to a new "organization" on GitHub, so the
PyPI download link should not go to rpclib repo. There is now a
separate rpclib entry in PyPI:

https://github.com/soaplib/soaplib
