Hello,

I recently added Stars, Space Time Analysis of Regional Systems, to the
project Idea Wiki.  Stars is a way of looking at data that is both spatial
and temporal.  I am writing to see what kind of interest there is in this
project.

Please let me know if there is a general interest.  It would be great to
see some additional support for this project.  I'm trying to get my fellow
students to submit applications and round up some mentors as well.
