[Soc2006] Proposal revision

(First time I sent this it didn't show up on the list -- sorry if anyone
gets this twice.)

So, the SoC webapp swallowed my proposal. Apparently this happens if it
gets sent back for revision. As I can't see the proposal, nor the
comments, I'm not sure if this applies to me. If one of the mentors did
want some revisions, could you contact me directly so I can start
revising? Thanks.
