[Soc2006] Sandbox repository write access

I'm not quite sure where to send this or who to contact.

Would it be possible to get write access to a repository perhaps in the
sandbox of Python's SVN repository for my work on the Python debugger (Pdb)?
This is just a long-shot, as it would be easier for me (and I assume for
other's) if my code was publicly viewable on python.org. If not, I'm sure I
can find some other method of source control.
