[SoC2011-general] Scikit-learn participation to GSOC 2012 under the PSF Umbrella

We don't have a deadline.

March 9th is the org deadline for Google.  We'll have an open space meeting
with PSF mentors and interested groups at PyCon this weekend, I expect most
of the PSF groups will be coming together this weekend.

Gael, if you have three mentors consider scikit-learn approved.
