Initial Comment:
A nice feature I have seen on other tools - notably 
SpamAssassin - is a configurable White (and possibly 
Black) list so that you can always include (or exclude) 
specific email addresses or domains from filtering.

Alternatively, it would be nice if I could leave alone 
anyone who is known to my address book for instance.
