Initial Comment:
When in the Outlook Addin I say "Check for new version"
I am told that the latest is ... "1.0b1 (April 2004)
No later version is available".

But I downloaded vesion 1.0rc1 which is newer, dated 
May 2004.

Another symptom of this is that the last line in the log 
says:

Current version is 0.992, latest is 0.991.

Clearly it is wierd to have a current version newer than 
the latest version.

Finally, in the sourceforge bug reporting GUI there was 
no entry to 1.0rc1 in the Group drop down list, so I had 
to say 1.0b1
