Hi,
I&#039;m running spambayes on a Outlook 2002 version mailer.
For some reason, the tooklbar fails to show up and my 
log includes the following excerpt:

FAILED to add the toolbar 
item &#039;SpamBayesCommand.Manager&#039; - (-
2147352567, &#039;Exception occurred.&#039;, (0, None, None,

What&#039;s wrong?
