Summary: resetting outlook toolbar

Initial Comment:
I have a problem with the outlook toolbar in 1.0.4 on Outlook 
2003. I moved a few of the items over to another toolbar at 
one point -- that toolbar got reset later, and now the 
SpamBayes toolbar only has a few items.

How cam I reset so that all the itmes on the SpamBayes 
toolbar are there?

I have tried searching in the registry, as well as deleting the 
outcmd.dat file, but it doesn't help...

oh, note that i have been going through the specified routine for 
resetting it (from the troubleshooting guide -- deleting the toolbar 
and then let it reset -- it resets with only the few icons)
