Summary: outlook crashes on startup - disables spambayes

Initial Comment:
I have outlook 2003 SP2 installed (fresh install of 
operating system and applications).  When I install 
Spambayes 1.0.4 and start outlook, it crashes and 
disables spambayes for the next startup.

The spambayes log file is completely empty.
